VPNWill Connection Guide

Set up your account and plan first, then import your subscription into a client for your platform. Already have an account? Skip to getting your subscription.

No email required Unlimited devices 7-day refund policy

Create an account and save your login details

Open the VPNWill user panel and go to the account creation page. Enter a username and password in the form. VPNWill does not require an email address; your username and password are the credentials you’ll use to sign in to the panel. Choose a username that’s easy to recognize but doesn’t reveal sensitive personal information. Use a password manager to save your password, and don’t reuse it on other sites. Before submitting, check your entries, especially for spaces inserted by your input method, so you can sign in with the exact details you entered.

After submitting the form, follow the on-page instructions to open the panel. If you aren’t signed in automatically, go to the login page and use the username and password you just saved. Once you can see your account overview, you’re ready to manage your plan and subscription. You don’t need to look for an installer yet. Never enter your account password into a client or website from an unknown source. Continue in the same user panel to get the client and subscription.

If you already have an account, just sign in. There’s no need to create another account for a different device. VPNWill supports unlimited devices, so you can use the subscription on your computer and mobile devices with the same account. Your account credentials and subscription link serve different purposes: use the former to manage your account and the latter to let a client retrieve the server list. Keep both secure and store them separately.

Choose a plan and review your order

Open the plans section in the panel. First choose a billing option based on how often you expect to use the service, then compare data allowances. For regular use, see the monthly subscriptions: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, or ¥28/month for 500GB. Monthly data resets each month on your activation date, not at the end of the calendar month. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before choosing, check the plan tier, price, and data allowance rather than relying on its position on the page.

If your usage varies, consider a data plan: ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB. Data plans remain valid until used up and never expire. The key difference from a monthly subscription is how the data is used, not just the one-time payment. If you’re unsure, read the full details on the Pricing page. For help weighing the options for different use cases, see the billing breakdown in the Buying Guide.

After choosing a plan, check the amount and plan name again on the order confirmation page, then use one of the payment options shown. Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT are supported. Follow any payment or processing instructions on the order page. When payment is complete, return to the panel to check your order and plan status. If payment hasn’t been confirmed, don’t submit the order repeatedly; check the status of the original order first.

Once your plan is active, you can get your subscription. VPNWill offers a 7-day refund policy; see the Terms of Service for details. Refunds and connection setup are separate processes. If you run into configuration issues, keep the error message so you can identify whether the problem relates to your order, subscription import, or local network.

Choose This Plan

Get your subscription from the panel

Return to your account overview and confirm your plan is active, then find the subscription section. The subscription link lets a client retrieve the server list and related configuration; it isn’t a regular webpage or an installer. If the panel offers an import option for your client, use it. Otherwise, copy the subscription link, keep it temporarily on a trusted local clipboard, and switch to the client to add it.

Use the copy option in the panel to avoid missing characters when selecting the text manually. Don’t paste the subscription link into a search engine or share it in public chats or online parsing tools. Treat it like your account credentials. If you contact support, hide identifying information in the link and don’t show the full address in screenshots.

On a new device, sign in to the panel to get your subscription rather than starting with a configuration file from someone you don’t know. If the client says the format is invalid after you copy the link, return to the panel and copy it again. Make sure you’re using the import option for your client. Clients may support different configuration formats; pasting a link into any text field doesn’t necessarily import it.

The clearest sign that import worked is that the client can update and display the server list. This doesn’t mean you’re connected yet: you still need to choose a server, grant permissions, and connect. If you can’t find an available subscription in the panel, check your plan status and that you’re signed in to the right account. If there’s an issue with your order, submit the relevant details through a support ticket in the panel. There’s no need to reinstall the client repeatedly.

Get Subscription

Set up a client for your platform

Go to the client downloads section in the user panel and select your device’s operating system. After signing in, you can get the VPNWill client for Windows, macOS, Android, or Linux without an active plan. To access a usable subscription, your account must have an active plan. The iOS download link requires a purchased, unexpired plan. The steps below start with the VPNWill client provided in the panel; this page does not provide installers or actual subscription links.

Windows: Set up the desktop client

Select Windows in the panel and download and install the VPNWill client as directed. Once it’s open, find the subscription or configuration section. If the panel provides an import option for the client, you can start there and allow your browser to open the client when prompted. To import manually, choose the option to add from a link or import a subscription, paste in the address copied from the panel, save it, and update the server list.

When the server list appears, select the configuration you just added so the client doesn’t keep using another saved configuration. Before connecting, check whether other proxy tools are running and, if possible, leave only the proxy you intend to use enabled. If the system requests permission, check the app’s source and the requested access before proceeding. If a work-managed device won’t allow it, check the device management policy rather than repeatedly changing system settings.

macOS: Configuration and system permissions

Select macOS in the panel, read the current installation instructions, and download the VPNWill client. Once installed, open the app and use the panel’s import option, or add the link from the subscription or configuration section in the client. Save the subscription and update the server list, then select the configuration you want to use. If the list is empty, check the subscription update result and your account status instead of trying to connect with an empty configuration.

macOS may ask you to allow a network extension or add a VPN configuration. The prompt varies by system version and client. Follow the system instructions to open the relevant settings, check the app name, and grant permission, then return to the client and connect. Opening the app doesn’t mean it has network permissions. If a prompt still appears after granting permission, follow the client’s instructions to reconnect and check whether another network tool is also routing system traffic.

Android: Import the mobile client

Select Android in the panel and download the VPNWill Android client as directed in the downloads section. If you’re asked to confirm the app’s source during installation, make sure the file came from the corresponding link in the user panel. Open the client, go to the subscription or configuration list, and choose an option such as Add or Import from link. Paste in the subscription address you copied, save it, and update the list. Check that the server names appear, then select the configuration you want to use.

The first time you connect, Android will ask you to authorize the VPN connection. Read and confirm the prompt, then check the connection status in the client. If the connection stops when you switch apps or turn off the screen, review the system’s background activity and battery settings for the client and adjust them as needed. The VPN icon in the status bar only shows that the system has a connection; check the service you need to confirm it’s working as expected.

iOS: Panel access and system configuration

Sign in to the panel on your iPhone or iPad and open the iOS download section. The App Store link is available only for accounts with a purchased, unexpired plan. If your account doesn’t meet those requirements, check your plan status first. Follow the panel instructions to open the App Store and get the VPNWill client. If the App Store says it’s unavailable, check your account region and the instructions on the current page. Don’t install an alternative configuration from an unknown website.

After installation, return to the panel and use the import option for your client. Allow the corresponding app to open if prompted. To import manually, add the link from the subscription or configuration section in the client, save it, and update the list. When you connect, the system may ask to add a VPN configuration and confirm the action. Once authorized, return to the client. If your device already has other VPN configurations, make sure the one you just imported is enabled before checking the connection.

Connect to a server and check that it works

After importing, choose the region and server you want to use in the client, connect, and confirm there are no pending system permission prompts. Choose a server based on the regions supported by the service you need, not just the country name. If that service has account-region requirements, check its platform rules too. A working network connection doesn’t grant access to an account or content subscription on that platform.

Open the international website you need in a browser and check that the page loads fully, then test the feature you plan to use. For example, with AI tools, check that you can sign in and complete a request. For video, open the actual playback page and see if the video keeps playing. Seeing “Connected” in the client or loading only a website’s home page isn’t enough to confirm that the full process works.

If you can’t access the service, troubleshoot in order and avoid changing several settings at once. First check that the device itself is online. Then confirm the client is using the subscription you just updated and a valid configuration. Next, check whether another proxy tool is running. After that, try a server that meets the target region’s requirements and reload the page. Change one thing at a time so you can identify what made a difference.

If regular websites work but a particular service still reports a region or account restriction, treat the network issue separately from the platform’s rules. See the AI tool access guide or streaming access guide for more help. Don’t keep reinstalling the client just because one page shows a warning. To compare IEPL dedicated routes, relayed connections, and direct connections, see the Buying Guide. This page doesn’t cover how the routes work.

If the issue persists, submit a support ticket in the user panel with your operating system, the client’s message, the selected region, and the step where the issue occurs. Hide your account credentials and subscription link in screenshots. Once everything works, keep your login details safe and manage your subscription and client through the panel. When you switch devices, get the client and import the subscription again; there’s no need to create another account.
